Responsible for partner sales targets in accordance with the area

Make 5 POS visits every day

Ensuring the program in its area runs well and sales targets can be met

Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues

Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners

Conducting field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online)

A long term, advancing career path in service, sales or management

Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience

Technical sales or field sales support experience

Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.

Access to the industry’s most innovative training programs

Support from a dedicated technical service team

Having good knowledge of retail management best practices

Manage and taking responsibilities for the business performance and development of many store in the coverage area

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Management or Equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in large retail F&B companies as District Manager

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication, and leadership skills.
