Final year students majoring in Business, Industrial Engineering etc (min. GPA 3,00)

Has a remarkable journey in a management consulting/audit firm with 2-5 years of experience handling Manufacturing or FMCG industry (preferably)

Translate product strategy into product plans, detailed requirements, and prototypes while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs.

End-to-end ownership of a product line, identify market requirements, and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.

Large tech product and chances to learn large scope of knowledge.

Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and UI/UX teams to implement new features and enhancements.

Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to improve them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique requirements, pain points, and business objectives

In-depth knowledge of the banking sector, its operations, regulatory environment, and key challenges

Collaborate with clients to devise digital transformation road maps and create compelling business cases for implementing digital initiatives

About the Technology Digital Transformation Director for Banking Industry Role:

Provides prompt and complete management reports to efficiently assess sales progress and performance.

Assists National Sales Manager in determining, preparing and monitoring the training budget based on the business requirements; and

At least two (2) years in National General Trade Management

Ability to understand category leadership/management, draw insights, and create compelling stories to drive the business growth.

Sales Management Systems, Processes, & Information

Assists in facilitating proper legal and administrative requirements of all selected distributors and external sales partners.

Brainstorm and research ideas for original content

Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote personal care brands on Tiktok

Create content videos on TikTok

Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.

Perform social media marketing research on Tiktok

Support marketing team at live and online events

Brainstorm and research ideas for original content

Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in application development and management, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, mentor, and motivate a team of application professionals.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively engage with senior management.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring effective management of vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and support partnerships.

Prepare and present regular reports on application performance, project status, and resource utilization to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Demonstrated expertise in application governance, including change management, release management, and incident management processes.

Proven leadership skills and experience in project management

Consider the different challenges that may be encountered - internally within the organization and management processes down the line

At least 7 years of working experience within Business Development or Consulting roles

Technical knowledge and understanding of IT Strategies within these domains: Data Migration, IT Strategy, Cloud, AI/ML, Application and Infrastructure, among others.

Implementation experience will be a plus

Prior experience catering to the Public Sector industry in Indonesia - possess know-how of their business processes

Several years of sales and client management experience.
