Pengalaman di bidang yang sama 1-3 tahun (Junior), >3 tahun (Senior) di bidang Banking, Financial Institution, Financial Technology, dan sejenisnya

Memahami konsep pemrograman dan database yang baik

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Banking System dengan baik

Memiliki pengetahuan aplikasi Project Planning seperti MS. Project, Project Libre dan sejenisnya

Memiliki pengetahuan Teknik pemrograman Javascript, Java, MySQL, JBOSS, .Net dengan OS Linux

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth.

Min 5 years experience in Sales (with min. 3 years experience acting Sales Supervisor) in FMCG

Knowledge in sales strategy , promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, portfolio segmentation.

Creates value jointly between Versuni and and retailers/distributors on traditional channels for an exciting consumer decision journey.

Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP).
