Dental Sales Manager Jobs

·Knowledge of and proficiency in finance, human resource management, and principles of business

·Assists in the management of day-to-day dental operations to ensure patient needs are met

·Possesses an understanding of the dental receptionist/front office role and offers occasional support as needed

·Having working experience in a healthcare environment is preferred

·One year of supervisory experience

·Working experience at a dental clinic is highly preferred

Facilitate administrative tasks and coordinate patient appointments

• Prepare the dental chair and treatment area for dental procedures

• Record information as requested by the clinician on patient records during dental examinations

Have a certificate of registration (STR)

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant

Experience with sterilisation and infection control

Proven experience in customer-facing roles

Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

•Have min. 5 years of experience in Sales Manager role from Dental industry

•Excellent Ms. Office skills (i.e: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)

•Ability to work independently to grow the Dental business, with strong analytical skills, decisiveness and assertiveness

•Leadership skills in coaching the sales team to drive results in their assigned areas and products

•Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including well-honed public speaking, presentation, and writing skills.
