Data And Process Transformation Analyst Jobs

Experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in HR administrative processes (ex: leave of absence, separations) management (3-4 years)

Experience with data management, working in an HR system (Workday preferred)

Relationship management experience with client-focus

Manages individual and TL service performance

Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction with retained HR, business leaders and people managers

Range of contacts (Employees, People Managers, Retained HR, Expats, Internal/External candidates, Retirees, Vendors)

In-depth knowledge of the industry standards, regulations related, and insurance reporting

Excellent skill in Ms. Office and Ms. Access

Final year student of Actuary, Mathematic, or Statistics with min GPA 3.00

Certified in AAAIJ/AAIJ/ASAI/FSAI is an advantage
