Melakukan pemantauan harian 24/7 pada peristiwa keamanan informasi, insiden, dan endpoint.

Melakukan respons insiden level pertama.

Validasi IP Source (Location, Reputation)

Reporting log traffic & Security Log Event

Melakukan analisa secara terukur dan benar.

Ensure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment.

Assist/support the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the site.

Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

To perform additional tasks as required by the Data Centre Facility Manager.

Monitor workload resources against KPI and budget constraints whilst ensuring up time.

Maintain in-depth technical knowledge and skills required for the job.

Lead and motivate team members by leading by example and employing competent and consistent management practices.

Handle complaint promptly and efficiently, taking the necessary action, and informing the Guest Service Manager to follow-up where appropriate.

Have detailed knowledge of Hilton departmental standards, explaining the standards to the team.

Carry out selection interviews and make effective recruitment decisions based on skills and attitude.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Assist FM in day-to-day operations of workplace facilities services and finance activities

Assist client for the payment and PO to the respective vendor under manage service arrangement

Raise purchase requisitions/purchase orders and maintain suppliers register

Ensure payments are made to maintenance contractors within 1 months of the receipt of invoices

Send reminders to service providers on billing for work done

When required, provide after-hours management support and take part in large-scale emergency response.

Respond to security-related events, escalations, and other problems on the site.

Take part in routine security evaluations and audits of data centres.

Implement pre-established compliance procedures in accordance with SOP, standards, and recommendations as well as any applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Develop security approaches, policies, and processes, and contributes to their development.

Demonstrable expertise in selection, installation, trouble-shooting, and application of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.
