Data Analyst Support Staff Jobs

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics/Administrative/Information Management or related field, or equivalent experience

1 year of experience in administration and data analysis, or strong analytical skills for fresh graduates

Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with various stakeholders

Deliver the data Support the stakeholders with relevant inputs for better decision making

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and SQL/Python (preferred)

Understand and report to your team and senior management on business performance

Self-manage delivery of analytical projects

2+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with large datasets and experimentation

Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems

Organized and structured: can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines

Experience with dashboarding / visualization software like Tableau

Experience and knowledge in provide data for technical analysis for stocks (charts)

Support for Data analytic skills and preferable have a good understanding in stock market, accounting/finance and valuation;

Manage the distribution of research reports to ensure the analyst research follow the procedures;

University degree and minimum 2 years of experience as Production Support or Administration Support, from Securities, Banking/ Financial Institution industry

Knowledge in Bloomberg, Words, Excell, Powerpoint

Support and prepare the Publication of research reports including clearance, formatting, uploading to BB, Bloomberg, Analec and website;
