Menentukan metode/alat untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi untuk di analisis

Mencari & mengumpulkan data primer & sekunder berdasarkan kebutuhan dan analisis data

Mengekstraksi data primer & sekunder ke dalam database untuk dianalisis

Melakukan analisis data berdasarkan trend yang dapat memberi pengaruh besar untuk perusahaan

Membuat laporan hasil analisis data.

Have experience 2 years as data analyst

Have knowledge of software Nielsen

Maintain & evaluate database related to budget, target, and control of marketing activities(qualitative/quantitative)

Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any relevant major with min, GPA 3.00

Strong knowledge of finance/accounting and analytical skills

Support the finance team for topline budget and forecast

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst with proven track record

Have a work experience in E-Commerce industry is a plus point.

Strong knowledge of DBMS (Postgre, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)

Good communication and negotiation skill

Communication skills with effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

Bachelor or Postgraduate training in Statistics/Business Management

Integrate relevant sales, marketing, supply chain and finance data at country level into usable models and reports, helping in business decisions

Minimum of four years’ experience in similar role within a commercial organisation

Strong mathematical and numeracy skills

Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data

Have ability in Data Analysis Software (SQL, Excel, etc), Master Data Management, Project Management, Data Visualization Software (Power BI, etc)

Provide business insights and identify improvement opportunities by leveraging quantitative analysis from various data sources to support business decisions and strategies.

Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on business requests, including analysis of sales/supply chain performance, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.

Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.

Has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics

Perfect if you have master degree in Business Administration
