Customer Service Trainer Jobs

Attends training classes to develop housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance leadership skills;

At least 2 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team) with background housekeeping or hospitality

Deep knowledge on various learning methodology & effectiveness

Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy.

Provides support to the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean environment;

Leads workers to ensure their duties, and tasks are completed timely standards of cleanliness

2. Have at least 2 years experience.

2.Have min 3 years experience as Customer Service Trainer Lead, in insurance/ TPA industry is preferred

3.Excellent communication skills both English & bahasa

4. Good knowledge in Ms. Excel is a must
