Demonstrated experience in building colocation, Interconnection, and hybrid cloud pitches.

Proven experience in customer service or partner support roles, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Document and maintain accurate records of customer and partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
