Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)

Minimum 5 years working in Financial Institutions, minimum 2-3 years work experience related to financial analytics, portfolio management and provisioning

Providing the money supply team on partner’s request and portfolio management in order to support the money supply projects.

Self-starter, adaptive to dynamic changes, punctual in deliveries, good self-management, proactive, meticulous, and self-motivated.

Working closely with the RGM and Finance team in relation to budgeting and reserve as credit risk PIC.

15+ years of experience in credit risk management or equivalent training

Track and report on initiatives, performance results, emerging trends and opportunities to senior management

Lead and develop a team of risk analysts and manage complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas

Manage risk levels for the entire credit/valuation spectrum across multiple products and retail formats consistent with program financial goals

Experience in the financial services industry preferred

Proven negotiation skills often used at a senior level

5+ years of combined experience in portfolio management, investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Work closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, drive operational excellence and facilitate fundraising process

Conduct due diligence on potential investments and provide insights and recommendations to senior management on investment decisions

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial information and evaluate investment opportunities

Be responsible for analyzing data, business needs, process gaps, business requirements, and identify automation opportunities

To support project managers to drive technical automation solution, timelines and level-of-efforts.

Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing related to automation project(s)

Knowledge of automation tools, statistics, optimization, or related field

Knowledge of standard methodologies to improve products, processes or services.

Experience in complex problem resolution by means of sophisticated analysis.

Has experience of running qualitative and quantitative research programs and strong analytical skills.

Strong leadership skills and has experience in handling & coordinating project team.

Manage and control budget support and profitability

Has proven innovation, product development experience and concept development ability.

Has excellent taste of creativity and proven in Design Packaging development ability & experience

Experience in creating and applying consumer, shopper and category insights into innovation brand strategy and actionable plans.

Lead innovation & activation projects, integrating end to end activity schedule ensuring consistency of Brand Vision & Brand Key.

Monitor & evaluate brand performance, and identify solution and recommendation to improve effectiveness.

Lead marketing budget planning & monitoring, providing timely communication to relevant stakeholders on budget availability.

Partner with different functions across Unilever for on-going & day-to-day projects to ensure brand's operation excellence.

Revenue Management Tools and Systems (CONCERTO, RMS or similar) Technical Skills and Knowledge

Min 3 years’ experience in Revenue Management, ideally in all revenue streams

Multi-property revenue management experience preferred.

Ideally a University Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to impact and influence remotely

Manage best-in-class operations, with efficient and effective organizational structures, tools, standards and systems aligned with the Group structure

Achieve portfolio quality, cash-flows and cost KPIs

Reports to: Head of Portfolio

Supporting in administration such as creating PR, T&E management, petty cash

At least 1-2 years of working experience in Flavor / Fragrance house

Demonstrate strong skills in sensory / olfactive senses

Dynamic, proactive, and attention to details; demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organizing samples and oil request from internal Scent Design team and monitor the new market sample launch

Organizing logistics for presentation and submission, preparing for scent evaluations and creating the task in the system

Prior knowledge and experience investing in broader ASEAN equity markets a plus.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. Bloomberg experience preferred.

Help manage and work closely with a team of analysts to generate a flow of investable thematic ideas.

Daily interaction with a knowledgeable, high energy and collegial workforce.

3-5 years of experience working at an investment bank, a private equity firm, or a buy-side equity fund.

Excellent verbal and communication skills.
