Customer Analyst Supervisor Jobs

Has a deep understanding of products or services offered by a company

Has related experience is a plus

Possess advanced Ms. Excel skills or formulas (sum, vlookup, pivot table, filter, countif, sumif)

Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills

Handling end-to-end by helping client's inquiries based on the severity (client request, administration, and client complaint)

Coordinated with IT and Business teams regarding the issue

- Ability to demonstrate diplomacy, empathy, and problem solving skills while working through tough customer issues

- Bonus if you have excel skills

- Bonus if have prior experience with customer service / support

- Assist in the setup of our customers, which might involve some basic excel skills.

- Highly proficient in writing and speaking in English

- Highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese

Data Management And Dashboarding Platform experience an advantage

Experience consulting to Heads of marketing, loyalty senior management in advertising solutions or services is an advantage

Client, project management and product localization.

Digital marketing or google analytics experience

Liaise with customers on business requirements and technical specs

Ability to follow up leads and adapt requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

Strong presentation and negotiation skills
