Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Proven working experience as HR Manager - minimum 5 years of working experience of which 7 must be in HR function

Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.

Minimum of 12 years' work experience in an HR generalist role in a large organisation

Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Build and maintain excellent employee relation with Union by leading negotiation on HR related initiatives and programmes

Display a confident, matured and pleasant disposition

Fluency in English is a must

Manage and mentor a team of executives

Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership role

Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Experience with HR systems and software
