Crm Ops Admin Jobs

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as Admin

Coordinating with suppliers on predetermined orders

Updating supplier stock periodically (weekly-monthly)

Capturing supplier information such as documents and contact information

Adding manufacturers and vendors to the supplier list

Maintaining documents and contacts for the suppliers

Experience on campaign management using CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Insider, etc is a plus point

2-5 years of admin experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment

Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on CleverTap (email, push notifications, in app pop up, WhatsApp)

Assist in managing and executing CRM campaigns on Pluang’s admin panel (Inbox Card, missions / promos)

Responsible for quality control and testing of comms pushes
