Creative Project Manager Associate Jobs

Minimum 3 years experience in handling multiple projects with various stakeholders, especially handling CSR/social impact/B2B Projects

Basic business knowledge and knowledge for cultivation process for commodities

Conduct research on existing and emerging industries to identify project or program that can potentially be scaled

Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing partnership performances on a monthly basis together

Having the ability to differentiate between urgencies of each project

Communicating project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.

Experienced in working at a Digital Agency

Experienced in handling projects for State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN)

Familiar with using project planner apps

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Presentation)

Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

Previous experience in event management is an added value.

Support the creation and concept development of events, projects, and all activities of Shafwah Event Management.

Assist in the development of creative designs for proposals and presentations for Shafwah Event Management projects.

Provide creative ideas for all activities of Shafwah Event Management, including events, projects, and others.

Min. associate degree (D3) from any major.

Proficiency in creating creative proposals and presentations is an added value.

Experience leading and managing creative teams.

Strong concept and strategy development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.

Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.

Project Management certification is an advantage but not a must

Strong experience in using project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) effectively including MS project

Primary responsibility for day to day management of project delivery, project communication, risk migration and reporting.

Provides project governance (scope control, risk and issue management, change control, escalation management).

2+ years of related experience to reflect skills and talent necessary for this role preferred.

Mastery of time management multitasking, attention to detail, and capable of providing clear constructive feedback of creative work

Occasionally manage the outsourcing of video deliverables to freelancers; monitor the budget for freelance & vendor expenses

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and Good English skill (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

Strong knowledge and familiarity with Google Office Suite (especially slides and sheets) is preferred
