Previous working experience in channel management is preferred

Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration and Management will be an advantage.

Accurate management of Marketing & Sales budget for brand and effective inventory forecast planning

Execute on key account management strategies to facilitate and foster long-term partnerships that deliver growth opportunities with key customers and HODs.

Manages price and keep up to date reimbursement policies.

Manages Distributor’s inventory and consignment locations to keep within the contractual MOH.

Work closely with Change Management team to define training plan, communication plan and any other Change Management activities.

Responsible for resource management for Digital projects.

Explore & perform feasibility study of new Digital Technology and Solution that benefits business

To lead and manage digital projects.

Be able to engage and communicate with stakeholders and manage issues.

At least 8 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.

Fresh graduate or final semester student in Computer Science or related fields from a top university.

Currently not working at another company.

Available WFO for 3 months at Kecilin Office in Jakarta.

Provide leads generation & follow up user requirement

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Prepare sales contracts, business proposal ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirement and feedback

At least 5 years of proven experience in AI development, specifically in the field of computer vision

Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision algorithms and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV

Experience with object detection frameworks such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and SSD

Experience with face recognition frameworks such as OpenFace, FaceNet, and DeepFace

Experience with open-source computer vision libraries such as OpenCV
