Experience in Social Media/Copywriter/Community strategy and maintenance

Have knowledge in using Social Media reporting tools (Talkwalker, Emplifi)

Analyze data into insights for ShopeeFood & SPX Instant marketing channels

Min. 1 year experience on related field

Have good communication and negotiation skills

Submitting invoice and legal document for influencer

Managing documents and files of influencer

Sending and receiving documents for the company related to community team needs

Making sure that every administrative process with internal and external parties run well

Work closely with the Manager to assist & handle community groups.

Plan and manage activities and content within Community groups.

Admin/Marketing experience min. 1 year.

Experience in copy & creative writing.

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Maintain effective growth strategy for community members.

Main duties of the job

Hands-on experience with social media management for brands

Monitor and report on community feedback (social listening) to the management

Proven results in social media management and community growth

Grow and manage relationships with our online and offline communities, expanding audiences and awareness of our brand

Manage our social media account, blog, newsletter, and/or promotional video by creating captivating and shareable content

Minimal 1 year of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or tech/software company

Experience in handling report and data

Good communication skills, able to work in a fast paced-situation, and passionate working in the beauty industry

Manager for all hamper needs that must be sent to parties outside the office

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other software
