A Commis II is a junior-level position in the kitchen of a restaurant or hotel. The primary responsibility of a Commis II is to assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of food.

What is Commis Qualifications?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary training or certification is preferred

What is Commis Experience?

• Previous experience in a kitchen setting is preferred
