Reconcile management report vs audit report

Have at least 1-2 years’ of working experience in e-commerce or FMCG or big 4 audit firms

Have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Possess advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with a good visual sense.

Experienced with oracle is a plus

Min. 3 years working experience Finance Department and understanding on Commercial.

Initiate any insight of commercial finance best practice in order to support the analysis report and to develop

Review and develop the commercial decision making around particular marketing program to determine commercial decision making

Identify room for improvements, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration area

Mengatur & bertanggung atas seluruh kegiatan di kantor cabang agar berjalan sesuai SOP, yang meliputi kegiatan marketing, operasional, & collection

Membuat & mengimplementasikan rencana kerja, baik di bidang marketing, operasional, & collection, untuk mencapai KPI yang ditetapkan secara efektif & efisien

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Kepala Cabang khusus produk trucking, kendaraan niaga/fleet, atau alat berat

Menguasai atau berpengalaman mengenai market & demografis di daerah Surabaya

Bersedia penempatan di salah satu cabang di seluruh Indonesia

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

In depth knowledge of IFRS standard and accounting software.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Previous experience in FMCG preferred.

Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing financial insight and support to drive business growth and profitability.

Facilitate the budgeting and forecasting process.

Preparing insightful report and financial analysis to support management decision making, highlighting significant trends/issues, e.g. monitor performance against forecast.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as finance business partner.

Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.

Analytical skills, track record of identifying issues and delivering solutions.

Strong communication skills including the ability to translate numbers into a business story.

Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to operational management, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision making and analysis

Do Pricing analysis and category and Support the management team with the on-going complexities

Work with Management to scope, instigate and facilitate the delivery of budget and other targets/ initiatives that will drive financial performance

Preparation of relevant, timely management information to equip the operators with the information required to make business decisions

Proven commercial acumen and negotiation skills gained through experience in dealing with complexity

Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and driving financial performance
