Collection Analytics Specialist Jobs

Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed

Knowledge of collection laws, high volume collections, credit authorization and billing procedures and practices

·Memantau dan mengelola piutang perusahaan serta mencatat transaksi pelanggan dengan akurat.

·Mengirimkan pemberitahuan pembayaran tepat waktu kepada pelanggan yang jatuh tempo atau memiliki tagihan tertunggak.

·Aktif melakukan penagihan yang belum dibayarkan

·Menyusun & Memberi laporan secara berkala tentang status piutang, tingkat keberhasilan penagihan, dan perkembangan pembayaran.

·Bekerja sama dengan tim penjualan, keuangan, dan departemen terkait lainnya untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait piutang dan penagihan.

·Latar belakang pendidikan di bidang keuangan, akuntansi, atau bidang terkait akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Melakukan analisa untuk pengelolaan portofolio collection

Menganalisa collection performance secara komprehensif

Berkolaborasi dengan setiap posisi collection (desk collection, field collector, tim collection dari area lainnya yang mungkin dibutuhkan)

Berkolaborasi dengan tim Risk Policy & Operational terkait setiap perubahan kualitas pada pelanggan

Menghasilkan laporan regular hasil analisa & ad-hoc (internal dan external)

Secara berkala memberikan insight terkait dengan improvisasi fungsi collection

Works closely with Cash Allocation Back Office and Credit Management.

To process collections to meet requirements of service level agreements, and to comply with both internal control and credit policy requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time

Minimum 2 years collection experience.

Knowledge regarding aspects pertaining to Credit would be added advantage

What are my job responsibilities?

Monitor internal and external trends and best practices and advise HR Managers and Business Partners on the best course of action.

Manage HR data and is in charge of maintaining the system, implement improvements, and analyze the data in HRIS

Preferably have programming skills to initiate HR automation.

3+ years of experience as an HR analyst.

Excellence statistical skills including the ability to gain insights from data.

Develop and deliver compelling presentations using data, graphics, and effective storytelling to communicate insights and implications for decision making.

Degree holder with 1-3 years proven experience within the Marketing, Promotion, Finance, or related field.

Have work experience in Food & Beverage or tech based company would be preferable.

Solid in analytical and quantitative skills, including ability to analyse data, generate business insights, and construct solutions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

Provide revenue insights, analyzing trends, and identifying risks and opportunities to support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
