Coal Mine Supervisor Jobs

Preferably have Frontline Operation Management (POP) certification

Minimun 2 years of experiences

Have an ability to manage survey data

To identify problems and recommend solutions from survey data processing activities.

To create periodical activity analysis reports

Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering

At least have 15 years working experience on drilling mining services company

Minimum Bachelor Degree of Geology Engineering.

Excellent working speed, well organized & detail oriented

Placement at East Kutai, East Kalimantan with roster schedule

Manage relationships with suppliers, buyers, inspection agencies, vessel agents and other stakeholders

Good conceptual and analytical skills

Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers, traders, inspection agencies and agents

Work actively to grow and develop the supplier base

Develop suppliers and source coal for trading desk and internal consumption

Supervise and execute contract terms as well as negotiating with miners and traders as required to successfully execute the contract terms

Minimum 2 years of experience

Preferably having experience in the field of coal hauling or heavy equipment operator dispatch

To make a blending plan for blending activity in the coal hauling process

To monitor and control to ensure quantity and quality of coal according to demand

To conduct analysis related to quantity and quality of coal

Research and development project hauling

Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Willing to travel and stay in a remote area for a certain period as requested and or as necessary;

A minimum of 3 years of experience in mining industries will be an advantage;

Be 1st company’s contact point with external stakeholders, especially existing customers and potential future customers;

Creating & managing documents, reports, and databases of contracts, quality, and shipments performed by the company;

Handling and coordinating customer complaints with related internal and external parties;

Knowledge in K3LH and basics of mine economy management

15 years of work experience in mining with five or more years of experience in coal mining

Maximise the mining reserves and reports of remaining mine-able reserves whose data is required for preparing mine plan

Create and evaluate mine plans for the whole LOM (Life Of Mine) and five-year annual plans

Bachelor's degree in mining or geology engineering, preferably a master's graduate

Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, MineScape, Xpac, Minex)

Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik

Good knowledge for good mining practice

Min.4 tahun pengalaman pada posisi tersebut

Diutamakan yg memiliki sertifikat POP
