Minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion e-commerce management.

The E-commerce manager is responsible to lead a team to generate sales via online channels

-Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting

-Manage and executing promotional campaigns, including production of contents and designs

Required Skill(s): E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Market Strategy and Campaigns.

-Develop and implement sales and promotional strategy, including partnerships, online & offline events, etc)

-Liaise with brands and platforms for pricing and marketing strategies

Handle Management Transaction in online business

Have Deep Knowledge about SEO, Market Place and Understand Online Marketing

Good Knowledge of Stock Inventory and Delivery System

Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Preferably in Fashion Retail Sector

Manage sales & traffic report monitoring

Manage ad-hoc reporting of ecommerce on marketplace channels during mega campaigns and special campaigns

Ensure Digital Stores are set-up as per agreed standards, not limited to the store decom, campaign & promo set up

Work with Digital Ops to monitor SKU listing and ensure its is meeting SLAs

Monitor and work with Third Party Marketplaces for the JBP execution, promotions and overall brand exposure

Work with the marketing team for the campaign materials (Ads, EDM) and also for the SKU highlight

Manage budgets and timelines for all initiatives

3-5 years of ecommerce experience

Work closely with Ecommerce commercial and cross functional team to identify growth strategies and priorities for ID

Identify trade opportunities and lead shopper activations, such as mega campaigns, new launches and cross brand collaborations

Implement portfolio strategy that is in line with overall country growth strategy and brand priorities to achieve profitability

Track, evaluate and optimize all investments so that the spend is within budget and has healthy ROAS

* 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 2 years in a management position

* Strong analytical skills and experience with eCommerce analytics tools

* Manage the categorization and listing of our price comparison engine to ensure accuracy and completeness

* Experience in managing a team of professionals, including in-house and freelance staff

HVAC knowledge, leadership and collaboration skills.

Oversee the planning and executing the Annual Operating Plan for the Cluster Service business.

Close monitoring of order, sales, OCF and Operating Income achievements

Build strategic and long-term plan for growth.

Understand the customer needs and introduce products, process improvements on customer

engagements delivery and pricing strategy to meet margin plans.
