At least 3-4 years of working experience as a Civil Supervisor in Hospitality/Property Development/Infrastructure/Construction Industry

Experienced in handling commercial or retail projects

Inspecting construction site occasionally to identify and remove potential safety hazards

Overseeing, managing, and instructing the construction team, as well as contractors and subcontractors

Enlightening site workers on construction safety regulations and guidelines, and accident protocol

Monitoring all of the construction progress

Liaise with Construction Management Officer, and MEP AC Coordinator to ensure Construction issues are solved properly and immediately

Liaise with the Construction Management Officer for Evaluation of Construction after Handover to Branch Team

A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

Ensure all requirements and checklists for pre-construction are fulfilled for Civil related

Monitor, update, and manage the project to ensure the construction is running smoothly and as scheduled

Manage the construction addendum as efficiently as possible
