Manage & build relationships with external vendors, community, public institutions, etc

Min. 1 year experience as Marketing / Brand Activation / Event Organizer / any related fields

Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skill

Skilled at working collaboratively, developing creative solutions, and accomplishing team goals

Plan and execute trade marketing strategy to support the sales team

Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales

Minimum 4-7 years working experience in the industry which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.

Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, which includes KA and small-medium enterprises.

Extensive experience and judgement to plan and achieve sales targets.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Supervise direct sales result achieved to growng customers, and unify brand strategy.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and retail programs in line with company guidelines and budgets.

Implement local business processes as needed to optimize customer experience on our platform for each customer segment

Manage the operational budget according to the target

Build the local sales team and optimize the process to grow job listings in each targeted area

Discover and execute local marketing opportunities while collaborating with the central marketing team to bring jobseekers to our platform

Discover localization potential and work with the central team to deliver it

Impact - Able to have full control over your mission in expanding Glints platform to underserved areas

Minimum 5-7 years of related industry experience, including cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
