Our client's industry : E-commerce

:

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and retail programs in line with company guidelines and budgets.
• Supervise direct sales result achieved to growng customers, and unify brand strategy.
• Provide leadership through briefing, training, and planning to improve the performance of the sales team, including leading the customer planning process, as well as being inclusively responsible for coordinating the trade planning process, trade effectiveness, and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-7 years working experience in the industry which includes cosmetics, 3C, IT, FMCG, etc.
• Proven experience and strong understanding of channel dynamics, which includes KA and small-medium enterprises.
• Extensive experience and judgement to plan and achieve sales targets.
• Able to speak English well.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
