Skilled in Xpress / Courier Transport Operation Management (First Mile, Middle Mile, Sorting Center & Last-Mile), Project, People, and Community Management

Understand and have experiences in operating Transport / Freight Management systems (TMS / FMS)

5+ years of experience in Express Company / Logistics Company, and managing some provinces/regions

Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills will be an advantage)

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsible for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) implementation and ensuring people safety within assigned City(s)

Bachelors/Master's degree, preferably in management, analytics, business or engineering, or any relevant experiences.

Exposure and knowledge to business process management, identifying, assessing, and controlling risk, and successful initiatives execution

Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills, ability to adjust and guide discussions at multiple management levels

You will need to do all internal and external stakeholder management

Good in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills

Exposure and experience with creating dashboards of tableau, powerBI, etc
