Offer training and guidance to employees, ensuring achievement of performance criteria.

Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical plant or chemical manufacturing, or equivalent related expertise.

Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication, capable of producing reports in English, and experienced in collaborating with expatriates.

- Memahami bahan-bahan general chemical dan penerapannya (Komoditi & Specialty / Aditif)

- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang kuat dan komunikasi yang baik

- Memiliki Kemampuan riset pasar dan pengembangan potensi produk baru

- Kebutuhan Penempatan: Surabaya / Jakarta.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in products IT is a plus

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Able to work under pressure
