Involvement in fit out and refurbishment projects as they relate to facilities management

Liaison with workplace provisioning staff in relation to churn coordination, assisting with tasks related to facilities management

Processing and checking of invoices related to facilities management, including preparation of accruals on a monthly basis.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Basic finance process (forecast, vendor invoicing, finance tracking)

Facility operation experience (PPM, vendor permits, WMS, SOP hard service & soft service)

Update asset database into asset management system based on physical checking result.

Excellence in verbal and written communication skills.

Support General Services Supervisor in day-to-day activity.

Perform annual asset physical checking.

Support General Services team in daily administrative task.

Willing to do full WFO (5x a week) on Setiabudi, South Jakarta.
