This includes helping individuals identify their skills, interests, and goals; researching and exploring career options; developing job search strategies; and providing guidance on resumes, cover letters, and other job search materials. The Career Specialist also provides support to individuals throughout the job search process, including helping them prepare for interviews, negotiate job offers, and transition into new roles.
