2. **Relevant Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

What are we looking for?

Office work as summary report (need excel skills)

Have conversation with Japanese Residents (almost no check-in and check-out operation)

Able to speak Japanese, N3 is good to have

·Relevant education background for the position.

·Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

·Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Create effective schedules and resolve conflicts quickly to ensure that the cafe is properly managed every day.

·Discipline, able to work in a team or individually.

·High attention to detail, able to track with existing SOP guidelines (Operational Audit).
