Business Consulting Manager Jobs

5-8 years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains such as Talent Management, Assessment, Performance, and Organizational Design

Deep expertise in various HR areas such as total rewards, talent assessment, building upskilling plans and project management

Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills

Champion change management efforts for strengthening Mercer’s overall business and financial performance

Lead sales and client engagement in talent assessment, employee experience and engagement

Skills we really care about:

Financial modelling, and project management skillsets.

Knowledge of finance and accounting.

Bachelor/Master degree in finance and accounting or MBA from an overseas university.

CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience in Restructuring & Advisory transaction (buy side/sell side).

Advises State-owned Enterprises, multinational companies, and Indonesian companies on restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and project feasibility assessments.

Participate in engagements that involves Finance Transformation mostly on Digital Finance, Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance and Global Business Services.

Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with target client's management teams

Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members.

Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.

Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage.

Exposure on ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.

Fascination with business, entrepreneurship, and personal finance

Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal (emphasis on written)

Write engaging LinkedIn and Twitter posts on entrepreneurship and hiring

Conduct in-depth research for the creation of compelling YouTube video content

Develop creative memes focused on entrepreneurship and hiring to enhance audience engagement

Serve as the primary ghostwriter, conveying the voice, tone, and perspective of Charlie Chang

At least 3-5 years of working experience as a consultant in HVAC Industry

Have a good knowledge in the commercial air conditioner product

Good Communication skill, negotiation skill

Have a wide networking in HVAC, Consultants, Commercial AC partners, MEP, contractor, sub contractor, dealer, project owner or other related parties

Competent in presentations and demonstrations to B2B project related parties

Engage good relationship with consultants, contractors, sub contractors, project owner and others related parties
