A Brokerage Assistant Manager is responsible for providing support to the Brokerage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the brokerage firm. This includes managing client accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Brokerage Assistant Manager must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the financial markets and the securities industry.

To become a Brokerage Assistant Manager, you must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. You must also have a minimum of two years of experience in the securities industry.
