KlikDokter (Part of Kalbe Farma) is a digital healthcare platform offering a full suite of health-related services and products in Indonesia. KlikDokter was founded on a simple, yet revolutionary idea: that everyone in Indonesia should have access to the best healthcare.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the live chat service SLA can be met
  • Ensuring the availability of medical HR to meet the needs of live chat services 
  • Create and implement service standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate all telemedicine services.


Requirements:

  • A degree in Medicine (Profesi Dokter). Medical specialities in any field is a preference.
  • Minimal 1 year experience in leadership
  • Positive working attitude, high level of proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills
  • Minimal 2 years being a telemedicine doctor in a health-tech or relevant field
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital healthcare and product development
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
