Brand Activation Manager – Alcoholic Beverages Jobs in Kab. Bekasi, West Java

Diploma in relevant background and experience with proven record in Business Development for beverages sector will be preferred.

5+ years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry, preferable Non-Alcoholic Beverage Sector.

Previous work experience as Business Development at filtration company will be advantage.

Strong technical understanding of filtration and/or process requirements in your sector

Strong communicator and presentation skills

Good communication skills; both oral and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Other project(s) assigned by management.

Identify incremental volume and growth potential opportunities to be addressed with new product development and manage launch and roll-out plans.

Minimum 4-5 years related working experience, preferably from overseas/major FMCG.

Well organized; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

Excellent comprehension and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Pendidikan minimal D3 (perhotelan lebih disukai)

Mengerti & mendalami classic cocktails

Bisa membuat bar calender event (weekly & monthly)

Ensure that customers know and understand our capabilities

Support Regional CM or PM in the development of trends, capabilities, and innovation presentations and adapts to maximize local relevance
