Management of Budget and schedule

Having Store Development Manager experience in Retail or Restaurant

Conducting Market Research and Competitive analysis

Store design, interior and exterior design

Managing necessary permits and procedures

Negotiating with builders and equipment suppliers

Must have experience of 10 years with main responsibility of developing minimum 20 stores or branches

Experience in retail or restaurant are highly preferred

Analyze business, responsible for market research and competitive analysis for store developments

Researching for potential store locations

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related major

6+ years of management experience required in a sales/customer service role, preferably in Freight Forwarding, 3PL, or Trucking Services

Experience in industry with sales and business development required, with ocean and air freight sales experience highly preferred

Able to navigate around the DB infrastructure and organization

Able to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues

Able to establish expectations and clear direction to meet goals and objectives of on-going work for a group of employees

Able to observe monitor, collect, and record data

Ability to assess the accuracy, validity, and integrity of data

Act as a team leader to manage audit implementation in accordance with audit function implementation standards

Minimum 3 years experience in bank internal audit, operation, and credit

Have audit experience to branches in various cities

Have experience in auditing bank operations and lending/credit

Create & compile audit/AOF findings based on data analysis results

Monitoring the progress of follow-up audit results carried out by the auditee
