Total experience between 8-10 years of experience in relevant industry (Financial Services/Fin-Tech/consulting firms or other relevant NGO).

Supporting the team to provide advisory services in order to enable the clients to effectively reach and serve their targeted audience.

Developing and maintaining excellent client relationship and internal team (regional and globally).

- Bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan Non Operasional (Administrasi, Keuangan, akuntansi, pajak, laporan penjualan, Logistik, dll).

- Membuat, menetapkan dan mengimplementasikan prosedur kerja sehingga tercipta system kerja yang efektif dan effisien.

- Mengawasi dan memastikan kegiatan Non Operasional dapat berjalan dengan baik.

- Menjalin hubungan dan berkoordinasi dengan pihak ekternal (Customer, Vendor, Principle, Kantor Pajak, Disnaker, dll).

- Diutamakan background Industri Outsourcing

- Menguasai segala bidang (Sales, Administrasi, Keuangan dan Logistik).

Memiliki kompetensi bidang/spesifik/hard competency dan skill :

Membuat perencanaan pemakaian alat/bahan penelitian/proyek

Melaksanakan penelitian/proyek bersama-sama dengan tim

Melaksanakan penelitian/proyek sesuai dengan rencana tahapan penelitian/proyek

Menyiapkan laporan progress penelitian/proyek untuk memastikan pelaksanaan penelitian/proyek sesuai time line

Menyiapkan Dokumen Penelitian/Proyek sesuai dengan standard dokumen untuk disubmit

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Non-Food category as a merchandiser/buyer/category manager

Good teamwork and communication skills

Analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Sourcing new products and suppliers to expand our assortment

Updating item attributes and maintaining accurate product information

Negotiating promotions with suppliers for increased sales

Oversee management of programmatic budgets to ensure effective and compliant use of grant and contract funds

Masters in Public Health or equivalent, preferably with MBA degree or advanced degree in health education

Minimum 10 years of experience in health programming, with a significant portion in director position

Experience in resource mobilization, business development, national level advocacy

Experience in managing health related significant grants, especially with USAID, DFAT, EU, corporate donors with excellent donor relationship

Manage program execution of business process management, process digitalization, and zero manual transformation.

Lead the prioritization of business processes to create and/or improve within the respective directorates of Non Commercial related business process.

Design effective and efficient business process.

Facilitate and collaborate to ensure digitalization for specific area and business process

Define and asses strategic improvement projects
