Minimum 7 years in the Telecommunication industry, multiple business unit background of working experiences would be an advantage.

Extensive experience with at least 3 years in Radio Access Network (RAN) planning or solution architect unit.

Conducting technology research, analysis, and assessment related to the new technology in Radio Access Network (RAN).

Conducting proof of concept (POC) to ensure interoperability and performance

Providing the recommendation and its standardization for implementation in IOH network to ensure the right technology to implement

Have min. 5 years of experience in Product Management/Product Marketing/Growth

Demonstrate experience to lead proposition, product/project development, and go-to-market launch in consumer Telco space (mobile/fixed)

Insight-driven, sound knowledge of data analytics and out-of-the-box thinker.

Strong presentation and communication skills both written/verbal in English

Develop plan and strategy in Prepaid Product and Monetization in each regional/area.

End-to-end implementation of Prepaid Product which in line with company objective and target.
