Having KKOP (Obstacle Limitation Surface), MBU (Management Airport), Marshalling

We are looking for Aviation Coordinator.

Coordination and supervision of airport operation

Cooperation with other airport in relationship of airport operation

Coordination and supervision of service and maintenance airport facilities

Coordination and supervision of condition daily airport facilities

Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap ketepatan pembelian dengan anggaran dan atau kebutuhan

Melakukan proses kontrol pembelian dari mulai permohonan, penawaran harga, penyiapan kelengkapan administrasi sampai kepada pengontrolan ketepatan pembelian

Berkoordinasi dengan bagian lain untuk kesesuaian spesifikasi barang dan waktu pengiriman

Membuat strategy pembelajaan yang efektif dan efisien

D3 / S1 (Teknik Mesin/Mekatronika)

Pengalaman min. 1 tahun dalam bidang pembelian, pengadaan dan negosiasi sparepart, bahan baku

Superior relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively manage difficult or sensitive situations.

Update and implement business channels agreements for appointed wholesalers and distributors, together with his/ her manager.

Strong commercial thinking with good market knowledge.

Strong sales oriented personality with good communication and networking skills.

Formulate, implement and update the sales plan for Heat Exchanger products, Hygienic applications and channels .

Prepare quotations and do quote follow up in alignment with Inside Sales or P&A .

Handle price quotation, launch and execute tenders for materials and services procurement with an approved supplier list

Monitor and Communicate delivery/purchase order status

Liaise with vendor on shipment and invoice discrepancies

Comply with procurement policies and procedures

Responsible for warranty and claims process

Another job as directed by the user

Several years of business experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or with equivalent experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Manage Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.

Performing other responsibilities as needed to successfully achieve the position’s goals.

Strong understanding of sales and commodity trading.
