Associate Tax Consultant Jobs

1 year experience in Tax Consultant Field

Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from reputable Universities, with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Have good knowledge of taxation and accounting procedures

Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at professional levels will also be appreciated

Have a knowledge in Global Mobility Industry services is a plus.

Be part of the project team responsible for all project management and technical matters pertaining to the project

Working closely with Senior Consultant and Project Manager to support Way4 Project Implementation, maintenance and Support, and Training for Client Objective

Develop and maintain knowledge of product, integration, applications and services of the company and its competitors

Very good understanding of Java, Oracle database architecture and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus

Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus

Perform technical duties to carry out and sustain the system properly function

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Management, Administration or equivalent

3+ years of relevant experience and hands-on in taxation and HR administration (payroll and compensation & benefits)

Administer payroll and compensation & benefits for clients' employees

Provide consultation HR-related topics such as employee benefits and policies

Coordinate the job with internal departments (e.g. finance, internal HR, account executive, etc.), vendors, and clients.

Experience in Employee of Record (EOR), outsourcing company, tax consultant or HR payroll consultant will be an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Management Finance or Accounting, preferably a Master’s degree in Finance or Management.

Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, both oral and written.

Substantial knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as Internet and E-mail.

Previous audit or Transaction Advisory Service (TAS) experience

Acknowledging personal limitations regarding technical expertise and experience, seeking the support of others if necessary.

Attending training courses, keeping technical knowledge up-to-date and developing competencies through in-house training opportunities.

Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa

Solid research and analytical skills

Analyze information and apply local regulation or tax treaty provisions to client situations

Analyze the tax implications of a proposed structure or transactions

Prepare tax memorandum and/or advice that will be delivered to clients

Participate and assist in preparing for meetings with management teams and/or clients.

Maintain an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis

Brevet certification will be a distinct advantage

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all professional levels will also be highly valued.

Experience in a similar role in another reputable accounting firm will be a distinct advantage.

Assist in preparing Individual Indonesia Tax Return that will be delivered to clients
