Associate Production Engineer Jobs in Kota Depok, West Java

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role

Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control processes

Experience with industrial gases and hazardous materials

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Perform daily data entry fit-up and welding log sheet drawing, NDT result, material traceability into PCM system (PCM data Entry).

Ensuring Logsheet/CIR from production team are progressively recorded / entering into system before performing NDT (if any).

Ensuring Material Traceability Numbers (MTN) are progressively recorded / entering into system refer to material list in the

Approved drawing and MCR index.

Perform associate production tech duties, documentation control and compilation any data required for project fabrication structures and piping.

Ensuring that project data records are progressively compiled to ensure accuracy and traceability is maintained.

Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result

Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout

Relevant experience min. 5 years in Petrochemical or process manufacturing plant

Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Be a team player and display good communication skills

Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required

Knowledgeable in E&I design documents & drawings. Can interpret and understand E&I scope.

Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years’ experience.

Familiar with the material description/specifications/material type/UOM.

Able to calculate material required (qty & spec) per design documents & drawings.

Ability to prepare material reconciliation report for checking of material deficit and/or surplus.

Ability to deal with other group related to material concerns (material specification, qty, allocation and deficit/surplus).
