Role Description

As a Production Engineer at PT. National Industrial Gases Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of industrial gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. This is a full-time on-site role located in Batam. Day-to-day tasks associated with this role include identifying areas of improvement in the production process, planning and implementing production schedules, ensuring the quality of output, and monitoring production costs and resources.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control processes
  • Experience with industrial gases and hazardous materials
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian
  • Welcome for expatriate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
