Consult with owners and shareholders to determine their requirements.

Organize and manage permit documents, aide in the creation of TOR and BOQ

Minimum of 3 years of work experience with experience in developing architectural designs for hotel, shop-houses, and other commercial developments.

Experienced in preparing Terms of Reference (TOR) and Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

Design and document commercial and residential building projects

Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development.

Defines and manages to scope requirements definition and prioritization activities for small-scale changes and assists with more complex change initiatives.

Certification and working knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT, etc.)

Work with Solutions Architects (SAs) to produce a technical specification for the solution’s custom development and systems integration requirements.

Manages client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which require the appropriation of appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.

Demonstrate broad product knowledge integrated with strong technology understanding

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

You have hands-on experience with Terraform which builds infrastructural services - Connectivity, Security policies, Access Management

You have an understanding of Cloud best practices in areas of Security, Governance, Compliance, Access Management, Networking

You have DevOps skills for leading a team and consulting the customer, experience with code testing, deployment validating

Supporting road mapping and designing the Landing Zone and Managed Landing Zone services

Following new cloud capabilities and maintaining backlog for our Landing Zone solution

You have hands-on experience with Cloud Architecture Design, large multi-account/project/subscription environments

Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues

Knowledge sharing with teammates and be expert consultant for assigned area of knowledge.

Have at least (1) year relevant technical experience with public cloud (AWS is preferable)

Experience with CI/CD workflow in both design and implementation

Have strong troubleshooting & analytical skills

Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems

Manage the holistic enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, engineering, and more.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience as an enterprise architect in a cloud computing environment or customer-facing role.

Experience in cloud computing (e.g., applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, data), cloud market, and engaged dynamics.

Experience building, architecting, designing, and implementing distributed global cloud-based systems.

Experience with structured enterprise architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments and roadmaps.

Contribute materially to a well-informed cloud strategy and manage our Cloud Adoption Model

At least 15+ years of experience as Solution Architect / Application Architect / Cloud Engineer or similar

Has experience in Financial Service (FSI / FSS) or Industrial (Mining, Oil & Gas, EUM, etc) industry

Knowledge in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, React, Redux, Angular, NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot, C#, Python AWS Cloud, J2ee.
