The Associate HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to the organization’s senior management team. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives. The Associate HR Business Partner will also be responsible for managing the organization’s recruitment and selection process, as well as providing guidance and support to the organization’s line managers. The Associate HR Business Partner will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as recruitment agencies and other HR professionals.
