Assistant Sommelier Jobs

Create and update wine lists with the Chefs and Manager

Certification as a Sommelier or a degree in Hospitality would be a plus

Extensive knowledge on wines and regions of different types

Knowledge of local vineyards and wineries

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Excellent leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate the team

Minimum of 2 years hospitality management experience, to include register transactions, identifying/resolving customer issues, and coaching peers or team

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude

Desire to develop knowledge of product and services

Value collaboration and acting as a team player

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
