Regulatory compliance: BPOM, Halal, SNI, customer requirement

Have a minimum 7 years experience as R&D (product developer).

Experience in product category sauce or mayonnaise / dressing or product related

Develop new product: concept, ideation, sourcing material, formulation, product specification, production process design

Shelf life study, sensory evaluation test, laboratory test

Follow / update market trend of product related

Have relevant experience in academic research and training or group facilitation.

Conduct a literature review of nudge implementation in public policy and digital age.

Prepare a training modules and case study for both our research and training activities.

Assist and coordinate with the nudgeplus trainers during the training facilitation.

Support and assist nudgeplus social media activities.

Keen and understanding of some behavioural issues in public policy and digital nudge context.
