Minimum 4 years experience as Marketing General Manager especially for consumer goods company.

Manage and control the execution of the marketing budget.

Knowledge of the principles of business administration

Excellent leadership and delegation skills

Working knowledge of marketing strategies

Financial analytics and numeracy skills

Experience in business management, financial planning and supervision.

Experience in personnel management including recruitment, evaluation and administration.

Actively participate with executive management to establish policies and support the attainment of business goals and objectives.

Communicate operational results, activities, etc. to executive management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.

Proven ability in business and financial management.

Operate in compliance with all appropriate food healthy regulatory requirements.

Computer literate and basic Math skills.
