Assistant General Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the organization, mentoring of high performing staff and ensure all staff are adequately trained and appropriately utilized.
• Establish and lead execution of operation strategy.
• Provide leadership and direction in all areas associated with horticulture.
• Actively participate with executive management to establish policies and support the attainment of business goals and objectives.
• Establish and implement policies and procedures.
• Operate in compliance with all appropriate food healthy regulatory requirements.
• Develop and sponsor initiatives to drive performance in all operational key metrics.
• Effectively partner with other functions to ensure smooth introduction of new products and new manufacturing technologies.
• Build infrastructure and process for effective and efficient manufacturing of products.
• Communicate operational results, activities, etc. to executive management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in business management, financial planning and supervision.
• Good behavior, good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with all levels of the company.
• Proven ability in business and financial management.
• Experience in personnel management including recruitment, evaluation and administration.
• Willing to be placed in Batam
• Can solve problems, conflicts and crisis situations in the company quickly and accurately.
• Able to manage and supervise employees.
• Can perform various tasks and jobs quickly and effectively.
