Manages capital budgets by designing, implementing and commissioning the project and allocating budget and resource accordingly.

Interprets relevant laws to ensure that standards and laws are implemented and adhered to.

Investigates accidents and incidents and draws up reports.

Accountable for cost estimations and budget proposals.

Responsible for the control and execution of work against a budget and authorizations within authority limits.

Is responsible for ensuring capitalization of the whole project (mechanical, electrical etc.).

Determining which areas of a business can benefit from automation

10+ years experience in a technical leadership role, with 5+ years in an packaging automation-focused role

Experience leading a team of engineers and technicians

Communicating with employees to gain feedback about the implementation of packaging automation technologies

Developing plans to introduce new automation technologies to increase efficiency and productivity levels within the company

Evaluating potential automation projects to determine whether they make sense from a business standpoint

Relevant certifications in procurement, such as Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), may be preferred

At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a supervisory or management role

Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and procurement planning

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field

Familiarity with the procurement process and supply chain management

Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the company's objectives

Proficiency in content automation software and content management systems

Manage and optimize the performance of the content strategy

Manage editorial calendar and workflows

At least 5 years of experience as a Content Marketer, Content Creator, and/or Digital Marketer

Basic Knowledge in creating content for Social Media and growing an audience

HTML, CSS and design skills are a plus

Gaining skills and practical work experience so that he/she can directly solve problems that exist in the company

Develop insight and experience in doing works in accordance with the expertise possessed

Actively support in daily activities and process improvement for engineering/design work in the SI EA business unit

Active student -electrical, mechatronic or related major

Willing to do full time internship at Office

Able to do internship for up to 12 months
