Manage and lead staff, develop staff skills

Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with at least 10 years' experience in finance and accounting.

Strong time management / strong ability to manage to deadlines

Manage and lead the team responsible for on schedule financial reporting, collections and budget preparation

Recognized professional qualification (qualified accountant: CA or CPA certified)

Good communication and presentation skills

Min 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager at hospitality industry

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases

Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance

Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

Experience in Management, Accounting, Tax, or a related field minimum 8-10 years

Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsible for Month End Closing and Year End Closing Activities

Responsible for Audit Activities (Internal and External Audit)

2. Minimum 5 years experience in general and management accounting.

1. Bachelor Degree in tax accounting, financial accounting, or financial management.

6. Require strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Strong leadership, coaching skill, and ability to interact with and present to senior level leadership.

Having knowledge and skills in PSAK & Taxation rules

Have good analytical skills, results oriented, have good communication skills and interpersonal relationship

Budgeting & managing the company's cash flow

Supervise the company's daily financial operational transactions

Making financial analysis for marketing strategy

Prepare Financial Reports and cooperate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit completion

Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

Have experience minimum of 7 years in Accounting Department as a Manager.

Prior experience preparing information for audits.

Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities.

Develop and manage company Financial Reporting.

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting/Auditing or related discipline required.
