Ensure the handling of products in warehouses and transport distributors are conducted in accordance with the standard specified

Support promotional program that has been planned by the Marketing Team

Have min. 2 years of experience as Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (beauty industry will be a plus)

Increase sales in the area that is tasked by each distributor

Monitor distributor sales, ensure target is reached

Monitor promotion programs ensuring execution is right on target

Arrange call plan and salesman sales target

Develop monthly forecasts and PO realisation for distributors

Have related educational background with extended experience in Account Sales and/or Technical support role in Oil & Gas Industry.

Have experience in sales especially for Completions and Well Intervention CWI technology.

Demonstrate good oral and written communication in English with interpersonal and leadership skills.

Show effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.

Experience in the effective use of CRM software

Develop Sales Channel Mix in order to achieve annual Targets and Objectives

Market Observation and Communication of commercial and technical trends/developments

Full responsibility in achieving sales and profit targets for the assigned sales territory / customers / product range

2. Major in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration

1. Bachelor's / Master's Degree from reputable local and overseas university

3. Min. GPA : 3.25 for Bachelor Degree, 3.50 for Master Degree
